Chief Operating Officer
Muyiwa Aderinola, the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of JWA, brings over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is known for his astute investment exploits and collaborations across the Lagos real estate spectrum.
Muyiwa Aderinola’s deep understanding of the Lagos State real estate landscape serves as a valuable resource for our company’s progress. He has also contributed significantly to industry initiatives such as the Unite Business Consultants Symposium and the Lekki-Epe Real Estate Business conference, aimed at promoting investment opportunities and recognizing performance excellence in the real estate sector.
Project Architect
Mr. Seun Omisade, a Project Architect at JWA, brings over 9 years of experience in the building industry and specialized expertise in building design using computer-aided design applications. He holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Technology in Architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
With a diverse portfolio, Mr. Seun has designed a wide range of buildings including residential, commercial, multi-storey structures, shopping malls, hotels, factories, and estates, along with estate layout designs. His work extends to developing detailed construction plans that guide the building process, including extensions and alterations to existing structures.
Consulting Architect
Dickson brings over 12 years of extensive experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. He has held key positions such as Head of Project Management, Head of Technical Services, and Head of Operations in Nigeria, The Democratic Republic of Congo, and currently in The Republic of Ireland.
Throughout his career, Mr. Dickson has demonstrated proficiency in supervising, managing, and coordinating projects from initiation to completion. He is an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (RICS/SCSI). He holds a BSc in Architecture, an MSc in Construction Project Management, and an MBA, complemented by a series of international-standard professional certifications, showcasing his commitment to excellence in the field.

Kareem is an experienced site manager skilled in overseeing construction projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He has a proven track record in project planning, team coordination, and compliance with building regulations.
